The etiscan journey: From local start-up to global optimization of warehouse processes
In Germany, many success stories have been born on greenfield sites - this also applies to the business idea that etiscan was launched in 1996 in Wöllstadt in the Wetterau region: Hardware and warehouse software for scanning barcodes; something that had been very rare in this form until then. The “start-up” etiscan was already successful in its first year and is still in the black today.
The company is now one of the leading providers of solutions for the digitalization of warehouse and logistics processes with more than 1,000 customers of all sizes and from all industries worldwide..
